Squat: 58/70/85/100/115 - no problem, a little on the light side!

* Calories were MUCH better today then they were yesterday!! However, I have been SOOO busy at work…which is GOOD and BAD all at the same time! Hope everyone has a WONDERFUL weekend!!
* If anyone has any suggestions on my diet, by all means please let me know. This is my first time through and I am very much learning what works and what doesn't work for my body. I have learned my body fairly well since I grew up as a competitive figure skater, but have never experienced cutting quit like this. I will hopefully get some more pics and measurements taken tonight so that I can post them up tomorrow as a starting point. I have, however, already lost 4-5lbs (maybe more, I will be able to tell in about a week
