Ahhhh!!!! I'm telling you, I wouldn't get the oxycalm if you guys are this active... burn yourself out! WTF am I talking about, she wants more cardio, & you're your & in love ... the more the better I guess ...

5 sets, 7 reps on the first four and 5 reps on the last one:
Squat: 58/70/85/100/115 - no problem, a little on the light side!

Bench Press: 45/50/60/70/81.5 - little trouble on the last set, felt really weak on my upper body today :(

Power Clean: 45/45/53/60/70 (no problem, really needed more weight)


2:30 PM
PWO Shake (1 scoop) mixed with creatine and Gatorade

4:00 PM
3 oz grilled chicken breast
½ cup pinto beans
½ cup rice
½ cup lettuce
¼ cup onions
- 1 sesapure

6:15 PM
2 Tbls Natural PB :p

* Calories were MUCH better today then they were yesterday!! However, I have been SOOO busy at work…which is GOOD and BAD all at the same time! Hope everyone has a WONDERFUL weekend!! :heart:

* If anyone has any suggestions on my diet, by all means please let me know. This is my first time through and I am very much learning what works and what doesn't work for my body. I have learned my body fairly well since I grew up as a competitive figure skater, but have never experienced cutting quit like this. I will hopefully get some more pics and measurements taken tonight so that I can post them up tomorrow as a starting point. * 1.5 liters of Green Tea

Protein 162g (45%)

* I took pictures and measurements last night!! WHOAAA. I will TRY and get them posted later today! ;)

Went for a nice 2.25 mile run – I finished in 22:23 min (1.5 min. less then last time)


4:00 PM

* 1.5 gallon of water

Total Calories (before dinner) =1097
Protein 108g (40%)
Carbs 103g (33%)
Fat 30g (24%)

Abs like that are my friggin GOAL!!


I know I have flat abs in there somewhere (pokes belly) ....they're just wearing a thick winter coat ;)

Well, I just finished a bulking phase, so it is the starting point for my cutting phase!! ;)
