- Warmed up by jogging three times down and back on the BB court
- 10 "sprints" (20 seconds, followed by 40 seconds rest).
- Walked for 2 min.
- Cooled down with jogging for 5 min.
- 4x10 needsize abs with the posterior pelvic tilt emphasis
