¾ c. honeydew melon
¼ c. oatmeal

10:00 AM
1 sm granny smith apple
4 egg whites
2.5 Tbls Flax seed

1:20 PM – GYM
CARDIO DAY!!! (feeling the fat melt OFF!! ;) )
- Warmed up by jogging three times down and back on the BB court
- 10 "sprints" (20 seconds, followed by 40 seconds rest).
- Walked for 2 min.
- Cooled down with jogging for 5 min.
- 4x10 needsize abs with the posterior pelvic tilt emphasis


2:30 PM
3 oz grilled chicken breast
¾ c. broccoli
1/5 c. onions
½ c. lettuce

5:15 PM
2 Tbls Natural cashew, almond and brazil nut butter

*1.5 gallons of water
*1.5 Liters of Green Tea

Total Calories (before dinner) = 659
Protein 73g (45%)
Carbs 58g (29%)
Fat 15g (21%)
Fiber 16g

4 oz pork tenderloin
½ cup spaghetti noodles
¼ cup onions
¼ cup broccoli
1 clove of garlic
¼ cup mushrooms
2 white chocolate chip and macadamia nut cookies

*2 gallons of water
*1.5 Liters of Green Tea

Total Calories = 1174
Protein 121g (42%)
Carbs 78g (22%)
Fat 44g (33%)
Fiber 20g


Ok...so I am not quite sure how in the WORLD I didn't make my calories today, especially being my cheat meal and all. grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

5 sets, 7 reps on the first four and 5 reps on the last one:
Squat: 58/70/85/100/115 - no problem, a little on the light side!

Bench Press: 45/50/60/70/81.5 - little trouble on the last set, felt really weak on my upper body today :(

Power Clean: 45/45/53/60/70 (no problem, really needed more weight)

PWO Shake (1 scoop) mixed with creatine and Gatorade

4:00 PM

* Calories were MUCH better today then they were yesterday!! However, I have been SOOO busy at work…which is GOOD and BAD all at the same time! Hope everyone has a WONDERFUL weekend!! :heart:

* If anyone has any suggestions on my diet, by all means please let me know. This is my first time through and I am very much learning what works and what doesn't work for my body. I have learned my body fairly well since I grew up as a competitive figure skater, but have never experienced cutting quit like this. I will hopefully get some more pics and measurements taken tonight so that I can post them up tomorrow as a starting point. I have, however, already lost 4-5lbs (maybe more, I will be able to tell in about a week ;) ) I would love to reach my goal by June 5th (9-10%bf) Any input is very welcomed!! :qt:
