I tore the living hell out of my acl and cartilegde, I looking to accerated the healing. I'm a beginner to AS, I'd like some suggestions on where to start and what would be the best in this application. I still can work upper body, but after only a week I miss squatting already. Thank you.

Best suggestion is to follow through with the rehab and not overdue it. I know it is hard to consider, I was there and still getting over an event that was devastating to my physical well-being. Deca would be okay but as far as training you have to nurse those muscles back to health or you will wind up aggrevating the injury.
Everything in my routine is no more than 2/3 what it used to be only 4 months ago. I still have problems with my rotators, my achilles tendon (dorsiflexion) are the main ones. The rotators is what really bites because almost any upper body movement utilizes them to some degree.
The key I believe is not to give up. Accept limitations but strive for progress. I am not suppose to be alive, and if I was going to live to have severe brain damage due to body temperature. I am back in school on my last semester, in the gym, and doing all I can.

You have to realize it's going to take time bro. I don't know where you are at concerning your injury...meaning are you post -surgery or still pre- surgery. I have been in your position except for the acl. I tore my meniscus cartilage last year and had surgery on it this past January. I went through all the standard rehab and was able to start training legs fairly intensely 3 weeks after the operation (although, it's more complicated when the acl is involved), with the exception of squats.

I finally was capable to start squatting again a little over a month after the operation, but only to the parallel position. I probably could have pushed it further, but the knee just didn't feel "right" when i would try to do a full squat. I continued to do parallel squats and the leg press for the next several months. My strength is better now than it ever was before the operation and as of last night (9 months almost to the day after my operation) I was capable to do ass to the floor front squats again. It seriously has taken several months of training after the injury to finally get the correct feeling back in the knee to allow myself to perform full squats. As I said, I could have probably started doing full squats sooner, but was listening to the feedback my knee was providing and it just was not ready for that type of depth in my squats.

The bottom line: you just have to be patient and get creative in your workouts to train the muscles without straining that precious joint. It will take time and you have to be patient, but you will eventually get your old knee back, of course with some new accompanying aches and pains. Best of luck to you!!

EQ is said to speed healing of ligs & tends and such. I've done many searches that say it causes a greater uptake of Glucosamine. I'm going in for a torn lateral meniscus.....so I'll be on Deca and EQ
