I need to drop BF and here what I have so far

Add chicken with something like broccoli or a little brown rice, and some turkey breast. Also, I noticed on fit day that it said you were having 1 C of oatmeal and it lists 150cal, I believe that is for 1/2 cup of dry oats, which could be 1 C when cooked - just an fyi, youre probably already on top of it but just wanted to make sure

Was 12oz of skinless/boneless chicken breast in a WW Pita with some Lettuce and a little tomato and onions

I throw 1 cup of Raw Oats into a shake with 80z milk and 2 scoops of whey for Breakfast. Is the cal count wrong?

I took the Tuna,WW Pita,milk and Flax number right off the package so those are proably good


Jay-- I will take your advice and switch the steak for chicken

Stryc-9 -- I will also take your advice with the Bacon but I am going to see how it goes with the 1 cup of milk in the morning.

Everyone else pretty much covered it. The only thing left is to loose the V8. It's high in water retaining sodium. Replace it with a multi vitamin.:)
 
and...... drink a TON of water.. i mean get a big cup and refill that sucker all day long..


drink, drink, drink, drink..

of course it wouldn't hurt to make some iced green tea, NO sugar...


I also created a excel spreadsheet that makes it quick and easy to figure your daily meal plans, etc.. it is based on the 50p/25f/25carbs and ideas i got from Hansel's the Stay Lean thread. Just enter your weight and everything else self calculates..

and make sure you are on the "50p25c25f" tab, because I also put the No Diet Diet, and Animalbolics in there, as well as OVT Training.. blah.. I am just going to keep adding diet programs as they come up..

Lastly, the diet info in there now is just something I am playing with for MYSELF. You can put your own data in there..
