I need HELP Quickly
I just got done working out 5 mins ago!

Im doing a hits workout. 5-7 sets of 95% max weight. during my last set of excercises I noticed my arms felt swollen! Like they wanted to pop the muscles were so tense.

IS THIS GOOD?
IS THIS BAD?

Im taking creatine, whey, ala, cla.

Im taking ALOT of water throughout the day.

Please good or bad so I can rest in peace with some knowledgeable answers.

Well, I'd say to give yourself a few extra days off from you're training. You may be overtraining. I'd need to know more about your routine and stats before I could really help much. I doubt it's your supplements though, unless you're taking an insane amount of them. If you feel swollen and your muscles are tense, try lowering the weight slightly. You may be straining yourself too much. And always make sure to warmup and stretch properly.

Kinda mimicking a Hits workout.
I do three sets per muscle. And I dont rest inbetween excercises, I just go from one to the next.
So if you can imagine

max weights/5-7 reps/3 sets of each excercise

SHoulders
Butterfly
Tricep Pushup

Triceps
Tricep Pulldowns
Pull Ups

Biceps
Dumb Bell Curl
Seated Row

Forearms
Wrist Curls
Wrist Twist

and by my third round of doing the sets, my arms are all pumped and tight.

Well, I guess you should be getting that feeling. Though, I don't see how you can lift a weight 5-7 times if it's 95% of your 1 RM. Have you ever felt this before when doing your workout? I'd recommend dropping the weight a little next time, see how you feel.

yea, there is a difference between a pump and injury. Hit workouts are garbage anyway unless your using them as a shock, I would lower the weight and stretch more and see if that helps a little. For now just ice your arms and rest.

well I just started this routine, and I just started protien/creatine supplementation. Im thinking my muscles are going through some major growth changes (probably the most change its ever went through in my life), and I am just not used to this pump feeling.

Ive played every sport there is and the only time i can remember this feeling, is when I used to ride motorcross on a dirt bike. after about three or four laps, my arms were tight as hell, yet unusable because of it.

Actually, I was just scared and afraid, but if this is pump as some of you say it is, I want to feel it some more. Just feeling it the first time made me a little nervous, since Ive never felt it before. Its like I lost my virginity or something LOL.... I feel like I had my first real workout.
