I`m gonna up the calories a bit too. Never give up, now I`m on a mission to get all new pant sizes. I know it will take time but I`m not going anywhere , "I`ll be back" with bigger legs and (hopefully glutes) lol

supersizeme New member Jun 26, 2003 #36 I don't know what the hell is wrong with you people. First time I ever stepped into the squat rack I hit 675 for a triple. I paused for 30 minutes at the bottom of each rep and did curls with the 80s.
