I`m officially the weakest board member on Elite

Wow, I did`nt think this would happen but... I`m getting excited about it now. BRING IT ON!!!!! lol
It`s from all the posts. INSPIR FUCKIN ATION. lol

dood, I was just kidding bud. Don`t worry about it. and btw what pics of me? I don`t have any, other than my avatar. And that is deceiving. I got 16 inch guns (or pistols?) ok slingshots. lol

Thanks again bros

My lifts all started out extremely weak. Probably because I wasn't active, never did sports or anything prior to starting to lift last year. My bench was like 95 lbs for 5 haha

I was thinking about somebody else with a similar name. Sorry. Also I am positive you will progress faster than me.

my first squat max was 165 for 1 when i first started lifting. now i do speed box squat with 225lbs...... oh what a difference 7 years makes.............. im proud that you have to guts to squat........ thats incredible......... ask any lifter, any real lifter, and they will tell you squats was one of the hardest things to do in the begining.......... it doesnt get eaiser, you just get stronger and bigger........... keep up the good work.

X

I also just started squats - at 95 a few weeks ago. Now I'm doing 150 for 5x5 (this week) so you're still ahead of me :). The weight increases fast as hell.

I only started doing FULL squats several weeks ago. I could do non-full squats for 315 (three plates is scary for me - I'm 5'9" and only 160-something), but I'm only doing full squats at 170 (5x5).

I must be the second weakest member here. Yay.

dood, Now you`re rubbing it in. lol You only got 20 YEARS to be as old as me. lol So you got ALOT of lifting ahead of you. I`ll be 35 next week. What a time to start squatting. lol

But just think where you will be in only one more year... Keep on adding that weight!

Im glad you are getting pumped dude.

I was squatting 95 x 5 reps a couple of months ago. I havent had the best schedule either due to a pending divorce. My diet has been off and on too. I now do 175 x 5. Not too impressive, but when you figure in the stress I have had lately and the trouble I have had even eating anything. Its pretty good.

Dont give up! If you do, you will remain weak in the legs forever. There is only 1 way to get stronger. Keep at it!
