I`m officially the weakest board member on Elite

Does that mean my squat is ok. I am 15 and just started full squatting. I am 150 and am using 165 for sets of 3. I could do more but I started lower and i also try to push it up fast. It doesn't go up that fast but 175 would be slower. My bench is crap. Yours is like double mine. But I just started working out a couple of months ago.
 
The numbers will start flying up soon. I've been squatting for about 4 months or so. Went from 225 for reps to around 275 for reps. Also added a few inches on my quads. Good luck with the skwats man, they will pay off hugely in the long run.

dood, Now you`re rubbing it in. lol You only got 20 YEARS to be as old as me. lol So you got ALOT of lifting ahead of you. I`ll be 35 next week. What a time to start squatting. lol

I wasn't rubbing it in. Sorry if it sounded like that. I was just asking because i always thought my squat was weak. But I guess it is ok for my age. You don't look 35 at all. From you pics I thought you were 20. No joke.
 
When I started squating I wasn't remotely near your numbers. I was getting reps at 95 lbs.

The only bright part of it was that a really cute chick at the gym used to spot me. :)
 
Is that you in your avatar? If you've been able to get that much development without squats, you are not going to believe what kind of progress your body is going to make now. Squatting is like putting your muscles in an incubator. You're in for a trip, bro. ;)

See now, that wouldn't work for me, because I fart when I squat. ;)
 
Bro, you are crazy! You are not weak anything. You are getting in there, and doing the work. That makes you strong, regardless of the numbers. With your work ethic, you will be putting up some pretty big numbers in no time.
 
I have a lot more respect for a full squat with 155 than I do a half assed poor excuse of a squat with 600.......if you're doing full squats, you've got this thing down, you have my respect. As for weight, be consistent and before you know it 155 will turn into 185, then that will turn into 225, then that will turn to 275, which will turn to 295, then to 330, and you catch my drift. Do em right, and you'll be good. Nice job.
