I was`nt gonna admit it untill my lifts went up, but for legs at least, I`m doing FULL SQUATS with 155 POUNDS, DAMN. 6 reps lol

I`ve never really done them before so... Legs are by far the weakest bodypart I have. Just got my power rack and trying to add mass to the legs and glutes. It`s my second or third workout with these squats. FUCK ME ok i`m done

Slobber, lookout I`m catching up. What do I got left 700 pounds? lol

The weight doesn't matter. The direction of the numbers does. And hell, you're squatting, which is what matters most!!!

This is the training board, so we're a different bread. Post this on the chat board and they'd marvel at your squatting power ;) :D You're always going to be lifting more than somebody, if that makes you feel any better. Hell, somebody's GOAL is probably to be squatting 155 for reps. For your second or third squat workout, that is an excellent weight, anyway!!!

Progress....

Squats build up quickly. I went from 135-205 in less than 3 months. Deads/GM and ab/oblique work would help a lot. Deads will help squat as squats will help deads :). There's so much spill over. Congrats on doing squats, I've probably seen about 4 different people in my gym that do it regularly.

i started squatting in january at 175 i can now do 350 so dont worry they come up quick. progress is all that matters:fro:

The thing is...you're doing FULL squats, and trying hard. You'll be progressing and growing faster than most.

Thanks bros. Those are some pretty good gains you`re posting. wow.

It`s just a LONG road ahead and I`m not "feelin it" for some reason like I expected. OH well.

Time will tell. Even if I have to go back to once a week workouts per bodypart.

I've been squatting for about 5 months now and I've probably only gone up about 50lbs or so. My legs suck. :(

They are definatley bigger and more rock solid.. just not big weight movers. I do FULL squats too.. to the point of fatigue and all that fun stuff that goes along with them too. Oh well

ive been doing squats for 5 years and the most ive manged inside a power rack is 335. I started out doing 95 when i was 14. ALthough I didnt really hit it hard until my senior year of HS.

Garuntee in 3 months youll probably be close to 300. Keep working
