I was doing 5x5 deads with 225..when I was done, I was still bouncing with energy.. so I figured 'Why not?' and slapped on 45's on each side. (something manly about six plates)
I took a deep breath (or twelve) grabbed on, and shot up. Then backwards
It came up so easy, I surprised myself.. once I stabalized I held it static for 15 seconds.. then dropped it
