Hey, what is the most effective way to tone up breasts and turn them into muscle instead of being saggy and fatty?

I am a D cup, and around 40lbs overweight. I know I have a way to go yet, but if I weightlift/do cardio or use T boosters like ZMA will they also help me tone up, and maybe drop a cup size or two? I would like some advice.

I am nineteen years old, am about 5'7 and weigh 200lbs. I can loose weight fairly quickly and have improved my diet substantially. I am new to bodybuilding, and training and have already lost around 10lbs in the past few months from diet changes.
 
I'm 20 and only a C cup, so I don't really know how closely my body compares to yours, but, I also was 40 lbs over weight at the time and I found that after only losing my first 9 pounds, I dropped down one full cup size.

I'm assuming that naturally you will most likely drop at least 1 cup size or more as you lose weight, however, a combination of push ups and presses make breasts perky and firm allowing yo to get their quicker if that is your concern. :)

Hey Jane, thank you for your reply.

I only have to lose a little weight to see a difference? That's assuring, but again, it might be hard because I am big boned and quite stocky already. I would say my weight is more on the top than bottom.

How many push-ups and presses would I need to do to see a difference in say, a few months? I'm not overly good at them. My upper body makes it hard for me to do them properly. Is there an easier way to do them?
 
Congrats on the weight loss. I think you can achieve your goals with a good nutrition plan a good training routine and some cardio
 
If push-ups and presses are currently difficult to execute properly, some options include using aerobic step boxes, using cables, or bench/dumbbells. But like kubes said, start with a good nutrition plan. Eat clean, and portion control. Most people unknowingly overeat far more than they need for sustenance. Cut portions by 25%, and your body will adjust in a week or 2, making that the new "100%". Keep up the good work, good luck.

Thanks. I am aiming for an hour at the gym 3-4 times a week. 30 mins cardio and 30 minutes weightlifting in the mornings.

That sounds good. If the gym doesn't supply everything, should I order them online and do more exercizes in conjunction with the gym?

Does eating clean include cutting out carbs? Someone told me to avoid too much white food today. Does it make a lot of difference? I am drinking plenty of water and ginger tea also. And taking chlorella.
 
Hello I took winstrol and clen and lost 2 cups and am trying to get my breast back now! I started hcg cycle and with in 3 days got a period and thankfully I do think breast will return. Lean is good but I felt too manly looking without my D natural breast I am 5'5 140lbs and still trying to lose fat and gain muscle.
 
Please note I'm a newbie and was using low doses too pills 5-10mg a day only used it 3 weeks and was experiencing good strength but no period and then my breast disappeared on me. I stopped and waited 2-3 weeks began hcg injections and period came with in 3 days. Now I am going to attempt just winstrol while taking hgc and very low cal diet will keep you posted as to what happens not adding any clen.?

Winny is very harsh for women. Seems like a funny choice to use for weight loss.
