I am trying to drop around 20 to 30 lbs by summer and I need some advice. How many calories, carbs, and grams of fat should I have a day. I have also heard you can loose weight by having your drinking water cold, because your body burns calories for warming it to the tempeture it can use it. Is that a wise tail. Also do you burn more calories when your hot or cold. I have heard both, and i am wondering what you guys think. I should include I weigh 235 right now, lean I am around 190. I dont have the fastest metabolism. If anyone can help, thanks.
