with duct tape you can make a 120 into a 250
Do your heavy explosive lifts first (rows, deadlifts) then do the rest of the workout with lighter weights and slower reps... doing bodyweight chins after heavy rows will feel like nothing and you'll be able to focus on perfect form
With the muscle already tired it's easier to focus on feeling the area you want to work (and there's no ego involved as you've gone all out in the first half of the session)
