I did my first Squats toady- WOW

Man, I did the freeweight squats and then the Hack machine. They are effective. I started out just doing the 45 Barbell, then I added 20 then 50 pounds. I dont want to rush anything. But it was great. I did 90 pounds on the Hack Machine. My legs are burning right now. Thats a great exercise.

I am taking the advice of most of the people replying to my previous post and exercise alot less. I was over doing it. THANKX. On the days I workout, I wont do as much cardio and other exercises..

Congrats! You'll learn to love them. I used to neglect legs and I really regret that. I feel that doing core exercises such as squats will really help entire body growth in the long run. Besides, it nice to have some big wheels to go along with the massive upper body :)

Yeah they hit hard on the first 2 weeks, after that you settle into them and they're just like any other exercise.
