I did 20 reps with 315 on the squat today!

good job, but bro a squat is not considered a squat unless your ass touches the bottom of your calves......otherwords
ASS 2 THE FLOOR, you should look like a catcher in a baseball game, if your not going ass to the floor your not getting the maximum results out of the squat!!!!!!
 
You know I used to think ass to floor meant literally ass to the floor. I just stood there dumbfounded as to how in the hell you guys were doing that until I found out a while ago what it really meant.
 
Not bad boys...but I'm going to brag. Before knee surgery, I was crushing 365lbs for 20+ reps on squats. Was repping 520 for 6-8...not bad. BUT...since knee surgery (7 weeks ago) I'm back down to 3 wheels for 6-8...taking it easy to stregthen the knee, then back to busting balls. Leg presses are fun with 20 wheels on it! Can't wait to get back there! hehehehe...keep it up boys!
