Not bad considering most guys my age(37yrs) can't do 315 for 1 rep.
Been training legs about once a week for 4 years with a few lay-offs here and there.
5'11" 190Ibs. Also these squats were not ass to heal squats but my thighs were parallel to the floor on each rep. My stance was slightly more than shoulder width. My last rep was kinda sloppy, using a good part of my back.
I always squatted this way. When I weighed 15 pounds less, I could only do 5-6 reps with same weight so I'm happy. My next set i could only do 14 then third set 11. Whew! I'm glad leg day is only once a week!
