i cant train w/ weights...what can i do!???

2 mondays ago i got in a motorcycle accident. today i went to the gym to play with the weights come to find out i cant lift jack shit, not even light light weights w/out pain so im not going back for a few weeks. im loosing too much mass wtf can i do? diet? at least i can diet so what do you guys think i should do:bawling:

im losing weight but getting fatter and softer:bawling:

im very sorry to hear that bro, all i could suggest is hitting up some primo,dbol or anavar to bridge, and do clomid for a month or 6 weeks

then hit up a brand new "huge:p " cycle to get you back to where you were before, and bigger;)

out of all the options i would choose primo, though

Damn, georgie sorry to hear that. What is your injury if you don't mind me asking.

Btw - when you are injured is not the time to diet. This is a time for recovery. Eat clean but get plenty of nutients in to help your body recover.

Glad your mobile bro. Did you total it?

Can you stationary cycle? If you can do that without pain or something of a cardio nature I would basicaly take Nauticas advice and eat clean and healthy. Take a break from the weights. I injured my back and took an 8 month break. It did wonders. I am in better cardiovascular health than I have been since I was 10 :D and my strength seems to be returning just alot slower than I had anticipated.

ill take your diet advice bro,

as far as the injuries i got where, concusion,fractured pelvis,sprained ankle, bruised up both shoulders that still hurt when i move them. i did light sprints today too but my pelvis was getting agrevated so i stopped after 7 minutes.
