I can't seem to do it ?

Hello.

What I can't do, is lift any weight over 40 lbs. for my biceps.

I always change the amount of weight, I try to go up by 5 lb. every few weeks, I first started out with 10 lbs. which was like 11 months ago. but now I am lifting 40 lbs. I can't lift the bar once if I go over 40 lbs.

I mean I always mix it up, 25, 30, 35, 25, 15 lbs. etc, plus change my sets & reps too.

Am I being paranoid with this, will I continue to see results with what I can do, by constantly changing it, or am I up for a big disapointment if I can't increase my weights anymore ?

Get a keyboard light for the computer or laptop -- it clips onto the 'puter & plugs into the USB....so kewl...

Or you could just learn how to type & spell........Hey, whatever's easier....

Thanks, but you really didin't answer my question. I have read every post of shadows & yours sassy's, and although both of you really know your stuff, by reading your posts, the question I had is not addressed at all !

That series of workouts is designed to increase strength and lbm from week to week...everything you need is in that summary thread....everything

I don't want to speak for anyone else, but I think by reading this thread the advice is:

stop doing what you are doing now, start to follow the diet and workouts in Shadow's Project sticky

That should help

Post what you cannot do or what you are having trouble with and suggestions will be made to tweak the program to meet your current needs and limitations
