Actually my whole left upper body is kinda smaller (I am right handed) and I need some suggestions on workouts with dumbells to help even it out. I was thinking curls, shrugs, ect ect. Might even need to do some work outs to even out the chest or concentrate on using the left side during bench?
Also, here is a picture of my clavicle that shows the knot I am talking about:

I heard it was pretty common to have something like that, I usually notice a little more pressure on that side as well. Thoughts?
Maybe I should quit being a perfectionist and cope with it? lol.
