Develop: to cause to become gradually fuller, larger, better, etc.
Development: a developing or being developed.
Hmmm...Mr. Webster seems to put it quite nicely. Funny he didn't mention anything about being cut
Size: that quality of a thing which determines how much space it occupies; dimensions.
It appears that the title of this post was "How to build a bigger back". Neither your post title nor your first series of post said anything about being cut or how to cut up your back. So...being a "Fat Boy" I should think about looking at a diet huh? Would that cut me up? So...what you are saying is that it is the diet and not the exercises that you do which will give me your so called "muscular development?" Then what are you arguing for?
You are arguing about my concerns about someone not doing deadlifts, because deadlifts are not going to muscularly develop and cut your back yet you must diet to have a cut=muscularly developed back? You are going in circles. Maybe you should think about what you are trying to say here because I am not understanding. Maybe it is the fat.
I kept this post simple, with back training and the deadlift and other things that you can do to develop your back. I did not say anything about your fanny pack, the fact that you wear gloves and baggy pants, or that you have tiny arms. I refrained from that. I also did not mention the veins or the cross-striations that this "Fat 'Boy" has all across his thighs. His 30.5" thighs!!!
I don't appreciate being called stupid either. I never called you stupid. If you would like to get personal, I can give you directions to my home and we can have a little fun. Well...lots of fun.
Congrats on being a NPC judge. You can spend some time looking at men in their undies and judge their muscular development. Obviously I have no idea what I am talking about and have no clue about how to become a muscularly developed person. I mean...it was just God's gift that I have trained myself from the lower 150's to over 300lbs. Had nothing to do with muscular development. I just came out of my mother's womb at 300 and dieted down to 152 for the fun of it...did some chins and pulley rows with a few cable crosses, put on some gloves and a POWER LIFTING BELT when I did my pulley rows, and just blew up 150lbs in a couple of years.
A powerlifting belt. Ha ha...you don't deserve it. I don't care how much you can cable curl or how well developed your anterior tibs are...whoopty freakin' dooo. I'm glad that you are so pretty and get all of the chicks. Must be terrible to have to wear clean gym clothes with a matching outfit to the gym.
Don't care how much you lift...sure...just be small all of your life. Do you think that you are gonna be a big boy on stage? I will be in 3 weeks. I'll be out there with some of the best that the US has to offer. I'll be the youngest and the newest and plan on making a large dent in the comp. Good luck with your gloves.
Plain and simple point, our goals are much different. I was simply trying to help and give you advice that I believe that can help you. You had fun being personal about it. I believe that you have made yourself look very ignorant on this post, but I don't care. I still hope that you take the time to do some heavy deadlifts and pack on some mass. Besides...are you big enough yet? Why not eat some serious food, lift hard core for a while, pack on some mass and grow a pair of balls, then diet and cut back up. Lots of pro's train hard core, several train with Louie Simmons at west side a few months out of the year.
Just look at Franco Columbo...naaa...did he really do dealifts and power lift?
Wait...didn't he do a strongman contest too? No way!!!!!
If you ever have any questions about how to become a big human...feel free to ask.
God Bless
