Ha ha..I got carried away on this post. Sometimes I take things WAY to personal as I did this post. I actually hope that I can help someone...don't mean to insult anyone.

deadlifts are great,and my favorite exercise to perform,they have also got me a rock hard lower back with a little christmas tree forming
 
OK IM BACK!!!!!!!!!!!

I m back from working this weekend as NPC judge here in my home state. what I wrote was not I repeat NOT a topic for argument. I wrote what I DO For MY BACK. Furthermore FOLD YOu need to get a dictionary and look up the difference between SIZE and DEVELOPEMENT! THeir are plenty of guys that I looked at over the weekend that were BIG and to the dismay of most of those in the audience BIG (alone) don't cut. Developement is a combination of size, shape, and skin thickness. I DONT CARE how strong you are!!!! IN bodybuilding we never ask anyone how much they bench squat or dead lift.

Furthmore I gave you all the dimisions you need to know to undersand my size if you have any depth preception at all! I m not here to compete with you "FAT BOY." I see you are happy being 305lbs well great personally I dont want to be 28% body fat like you.

In summary: in the future if you don't have a stong enough command of English to understand the difference between Developement and Size get a pocket note book. Here is a word comparison to help you: Shawn Ray= Developement, Kovacs= Big.
Now if you can't tell the difference you are obviously too stupid to continue this conversation.

I disagree. I swear by the deadlift. I've never once had an injury of any kind in my back. I attribute that to having a very strong lower back and erectors from doing deads. I'm also 100% all-natural. I think you are a prick for calling out the guys on this board. Especially with the "FAT BOY" remark to b-fold. He could crush you.

And BTW, maybe if you would implement some good heavy deads, your legs wouldn't have that "paraplegic" look to them. Its no wonder you wear those tacky pants when you work out. I'd be embarrassed myself if I were that top-heavy.

Don't diss the deads.

At 260 I m not worried about being crushed! If you don't want to be singled out as fat or chubby look into a diet. I as I have said over and over in this posting. This posting was about how I, I repeat I build my back and from a Bodybuilding prospective not a power lifter. If you disagree start your on posting and tell everybody that its the POWERLIFTING prospective!
 
SIZE is DEVELOPMENT. He just aint "developed" from a bodybuilding perspective because he's got some extra "goodies" on top. I'm pretty lean and I do deadlifts and they're great for both "size" and "development." Few exercises work the erectors better.
