Well let me chime in as one of the IDIOTS !!! It's amazing that anyone that does not share your opinion is an idiot...just a coincedence maybe? And it seems that the only way that you can get your point across is to talk down to people.

Who knows you may in fact be a very educated person when it comes to training. However all the knowledge gets lost in all the condescending attitude....and the downright insults. I mean how many times in that post did you say "I DON'T CARE??!" If you don't care to hear others opinions then why even post. And the fact that you BRAG about your 54" chest and waist line....who gives a flying fuck??

The fact that you think you can whip some punks ass (Btrue) ...is entirely laughable...who's the tough guy now??! And calling Dutch and the rest of us idiots becuase we do not share your close-minded opinions is truly pathetic.

I said nothing about being in a NPC contest. I am competing in a strongman contest and will probably be the leanest 300lber there. I train and eat for my sport, not yours. I did not say that you must do deadlifts to be a bodybuilder. I never said that anyone must do deadlifts.

My original arguement was that the reason that one should not do them should not be because they will kill your lower back. Still...if you say that rows will put a lot of torque on your back...why do you do them? I'd ask your chiropractor about them if I were you. Better yet...you could call up Dr. Columbo and ask him about them...he's a chiropractor that does deadlifts.

Whip my tail huh? Well...c'mon down. I'll even take you out in my truck to a few red neck places afterwards and buy you a beer and see if I can hook you up with some of the local barefoot and pregnants. See...Kentucky boys can be kind too:)

Can't wait till I meet my first woman. I've seen one from a distance a time or two I think. We took the horse and buggy to town a month ago and I'm pretty sure I saw one...or maybe Bubba had just let his hair grow out...not for sure.

TITAN, at what point are you going to understand that I am honestly trying to help you? All joking and insulting aside, I do believe that you can do deadlifts and improve your back. You offered your opinion and I have offered mine. I have and continue to do them and you do not, but it is IMPORTANT to do the in my sport. Very important. At one time I thought that I could be a bodybuilder, yet I still did deads and they really helped put on size and shape to my back. I also realize that I can have ripped abs with a 38" waist...not good. My body is not built for bodybuilding, it is built for strength, and I am good at it.

Titan, if you still wish to insult me and where I am from, then go ahead, I really don't mind even though it does deep down inside hurt. I have fun on this board and am probably one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. All I offer is my time and my opinions and hopefully a few good laughs.

Please don't try to play the wounded soul. It doesnt work; It went out with CLINTON. As I have stated though I wrote as a current routine to help the guy who asked how to build a bigger back. I didn't write it asking for you help or even your opinion. When you attacked the fact that I dont do deadlifts that I find them a waste of time for my physique goals, you can believe I retailate. Well expect it. Typically I don't argue with fools, they simplely drag you down to their level and beat you with experience. NUFF SAID!
 
Ronnie Coleman has one of the best and most developed backs ever........wait, no sorry he deadlifts and has a powerlifting background, my mistake :D

Im not amazed that everyone doesnt agree with me. It would frighten me if they did. That would mean I was as average as everyone else. The posted number chest and waiste size were asked for by BFOLD. He said he didnt have enough numbers to make a comparison. So those were for him. If you find that you are jealous that you cant reach these portitions keep it to yourself, envy is unbecoming. Yep my mind is closed to the fact I try to learn something new every day. But I refuse to accept information provided by those with less experience and even less understanding. Especially when they continue to jump over the fact that I keep saying this is what works for me and it has worked very well.... But keep DEADLIFTING or whatever it is you feel so strongly about. "Like I said I really dont care Hannibal".

Nope I dont claim to know it all. I get alot of my info from pro's, dr.'s, chemist's, and sports medicine professionals. Then I integrate them as needed.

If you are from Canada you may know my best friend and chiropractor. His name is John Coppola and was on the Canadien National wrestling team in the 94 Pan Am games. He misse the 96 olypics because of a serve grion strain.

Also I notice you are post and reply machine. Try spending more time in the gym you get better results than sitting here on the computer. I took the time to look at your look. Believe spend more time in the gym!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And this comes from someone who has been doing this for considerably longer than 3 years.

so because my body isnt at the place i want it then i dont know what im talking about,i workout goto school and work,try that shit buddy and get all your meals in properly,i also gained 10lbs in the apst two weeks without bodyfat gain,and no it isnt water,i have dropped 10% bodyfat and gained over 50lbs during that time
