How much water do you drink on cycle?

Drink around 2 gallons a day. It sucks because I pee like every 15-30 minutes. But I just get thirsty, its not like I am forcing myself to drink that much water.

I drink 8-10 litres (regardless of cycles), and that's because I have Aldosteronism. Thirsty all the time, and draining the lizard room 25x/day. I've heard that some people can get some sort of "water poisoning", but I doubt I can. When I was battling a kidney stone earlier this year, the doctor said to drink extra water. I took that literally, and put down a 5-gallon bottle in 12 hours! No lie! I had a catheter in, so I just put the tube in another 5-gal bottle overnight
