on a slightly different note, I was reading somewhere that it's much better to drink distilled water than just regular bottled or tap water... about 2-5 quarts per day (for the average person)... their reasoning is it can help leach many of the undesired mineral deposits found in your joints and other tissues and organs and help to eliminate them from your body. Also, it says that mineral water provides minerals in a form that your body has difficulty breaking down and using. These minerals then get deposited in your joints, kidneys, and blood vessels.
Anyone hear anything similar about drinking distilled water?
