you can train your body to use more protein by eating more regularly. your body will adapt. you can also take digestive enzimes and other aids to help. there are shutteling agents and so on. so my guess is that a range from 20g for someone who barely eats to 200g for a monster on all the drugs is probably somewhere in the right ball park. i myself used 100g prot 150g carbs post w/o while blasting and using a shutteling device. my bf % didnt climb my weight did.
