I'm a definite work in progress - both physically and mentally.
Physically, trying to get back after having baby #2, still breastfeeding, working full time ... Blah blah blah. It will come, I know, but patience is NOT my strong point.
Mentally, I need to shift in my workouts. I love cardio. Love. I love running, love intervals, love the stepmill. I have been slacking on the weights, and this must change. Like now. I am having a hard time shifting from cardio to adding weights back in. I love lifting, but prefer cardio.
Soooo, I am working on my eating habits, trying to be patient, adding weights back in and just getting back to ME. I need to lose 20 lbs for sure, 25 ideally. But I am on my way!
