How is everyone doing on their goals?

Its 77 here. Summer is coming quick.
I haven't been on a scale in over a month. I noticed my waist is getting smaller and I can see more abs. Got to keep it going!
 
I'm a definite work in progress - both physically and mentally.

Physically, trying to get back after having baby #2, still breastfeeding, working full time ... Blah blah blah. It will come, I know, but patience is NOT my strong point.

Mentally, I need to shift in my workouts. I love cardio. Love. I love running, love intervals, love the stepmill. I have been slacking on the weights, and this must change. Like now. I am having a hard time shifting from cardio to adding weights back in. I love lifting, but prefer cardio.

Soooo, I am working on my eating habits, trying to be patient, adding weights back in and just getting back to ME. I need to lose 20 lbs for sure, 25 ideally. But I am on my way!
 
I usually never notice I'm in the chick forum when using my phone... This time I did... I'm just answering anyways.

I'm on injury time but I modified my diet to the point I'm losing weight again. About 16-17% bf. IMO that's pretty good considering I don't do anything tho lol
 
My rotator cuff is going crazy. I took yesterday off. It hurt to move my arm at all. Going back today.
I have a disk out again too. I got lazy and stopped using the foam roller every day. I am hitting it like crazy and doing strenthening exercises for my lower back. I could barely walk yesterday... which meant I could so I still attempted the gym. Nothing worked so I went home and rehabbed it.
Today's plan is to walk to loosen up my back, do some more rotator cuff exercises and then get back into it. I hate not working out!
 
I have a severely torn lower lumbar muscle so I been taking hgh. It also did wonders for my shoulder and all my other joints simultaneously
 
honestly,
its hard but im determined and focused and hopefully it will get easier
the closer we are to summer the more motivation i endure because i certainly do not wanna miss the boat

One thing I used to tell myself when I worked out during the summer was I was working out for the next summer. Even if I was in good shape. That kept me from letting myself go. I love to eat so it would be easy.
Slow and steady. Still couldn't do anything other than work on my disk and my rotator cuff at the gym yesterday. Going back today and doing it all over again. I'm going to see if I can do light weight. If I can I may do a whole body routine with tons of reps to try and get a pump. Anything will help at this point. Esp for my mind.
 
i got a foot and a half of snow yesterday. im not worried about beach weather.. i also dont live near a beach. im the opposite. i love the weights... i hate the cardio

I have hit a few of my goals in how much I want to bench, squat etc, but the same day I hit them I'm shooting for more :)

We are still due for another snow storm, then I will have to start adding in a little cardio (Argh!) and try to lean out a bit for the summer. The cardio and a tighter diet will definitely be a challenge for me during the summer months!
 
I hate cardio too. I like the feeling after I am done but don't enjoy it before or during.
Couldn't do anything yesterday really. Worked on my shoulder and back. Did some really light movements.
Back again today to see what I can do.
