This will be my first post and just want to get some feedback on what you think of my cutting diet. At around 10-11% BF and want to get to 6 by end of the month.
Meal 1 9:00 am
1 cup egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 cup oatmeal dry
Lift
Post workout
2 scoops whey
1/4 cup oats
Meal 3
5-6 oz chicken
1cup whole grain pasta or 1 cup oatmeal dry
salad with lettuce, tomatoes and peppers
1 tblsp anpb
Meal 4
2 scoops whey
1/4 cup oatmeal dry
Cardio
Meal 5
same as 3
Meal 6
5 oz flank steak
1 cup broccoli
salad-lettuce and tomatoes
Meal 7
1 cup fat free milk
1 scoop whey
1-2 tblsp ANPB
Weight 215
BF= 9.8 Callipers-I think its more like 10.8
I lift 5 days a week and do 30-50 minutes of cardio 6 days a week
