How does this Hybrid Ketogenic Diet look?

Taking your advice X this is the hybrid ketogenic diet I came up with. I went with LBM = Protein intake on all days accept for the day before the Carb-up. I dropped them to 100 on that day to kick the body back into ketosis. This way when you start to carb-up your body will use the carbs to refill glycogen and continue to use fat for energy. The first two days of the week the carbs are kept below 20 because the carb reloading phase will be plenty to allow for two good workouts. For days 3&4 carbs are kept at 25-50 consumed 30-45 minutes pre-workout (none PWO). This should be enough to boost workout performance and not hinder the effects of the ketogenic diet. On day 5 the carbs are broken into pre and post workout so the body gets a few carbs PWO before day six where fats will make up about 85% of your diet. Again the purpose of this is to make certain your body kicks into ketosis before the carb-up phase so the carbs will then be used to refill glycogen and this will continue the cycle.

The other day I posted a question further down in my thread and you told me I needed to start a new thread so I assumed thats the way you wanted me to do it. :confused:
