everybody......... feels guitly when cheating......... (yes, certain case do count where you dont.)
so how do you counter this...... simple.......... you take care of the extra cardio after the fact....... do it first.......
for example........ if you have a christmas party on saturday and you dieting for a bodybuilding contest........ on friday do the cardio,.....you will be burning more calories than normal..... you will be ahead of schedule........ so instead of having to make up afterwards....... you cheat afterwards and it just cancels you out........... you look good, you didnt loose anything, and your not paranoid or feeling guilty.
