I'm confused of me. I'm on cutting diet, my calorie intake is + -1200 I'm 5'6" 108 lb. I have 130 g protein, 100g carbs and almost 20g fat I'm eating no processed food. And today I measured me and in my waist is more inch {1,5inch} than before,and on my scale was today 110 pound, how do you explain me, why I gaining instead of losing. Maybe before cutting diet I don't eat so much protein, it's true that now I lifting more weights than before...so is it possible that I increasing muscle? What happening with me??
My eating plan is:
1. 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal, 3-4 egg whites, 1/2 apples
2. 20 g protein, veggies, 3-4oz sw. potato, 1 littel plum
before workout
3. 20 g protein { cottage chees}+ 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal {1/4 cup dry}
4. 25 g protein shake + veggies { 1/2 green peppers}
5. 25-30 g protein{chicken, fish, tuna..}+veggies
before bed
6 .20 g protein shake
I forgot fat source is peanuts and PB or almonds
