I found this "body fat estimator online ... they claim to be accurate within 2% (and frankly, at my current stage of the game, I'm cool with a 2% margin of wiggle room). I'd be very interested in seeing if it really IS accurate.
I know there are quite a few folks on this board who know what their body fat truly is. I'd be interested in seeing how this stands up. It requires nothing more than a cloth measuring tape (so in other words, would somebody who really knows what their body fat is please take this link and try it out, pretty please it took a total of like, two minutes, max).
Bear in mind, for my purposes I'm just trying to get a ballpark of where I stand BF wise, I don't have a trainer or belong to a gym, and my electrical impedence scale is a joke.
