People are changing and growing, at least, one would think that this would be a desirable characteristic in a mate. However, that isn't always the case. Change can be very scary for some.

Sounds to me like you should really have a sit-down with your lady; one where you guys can both "come to Jesus" and put it all out there then the two of you can make an intelligent decision on whether to stay together or part friends and go about your lives without one another.

I could never be in another relationship where my partner held me back from evolving into someone better than I am again as I find that to be utterly suffocating.
