I'm not going to lie, my bench is struggling right now. I really hit a wall in the upper area of my motion. I've been trying to work through it by using tricep work, but I can't really get anything extra on bench.
Do you guys think utilizing chains to get a heavy top range and normal lower range would help out? Or try some bench using resistance bands for explosiveness so I can push it up fast?
