Little background, was 270 lbs bout two years ago, got down to 188, now Im back up to 215, but have put on alot of muscle which i lost most of when losing the weight. anyway, i want to drop some BF% and some LB's over the next month and half. in july i start to bulk again. Any tips or deits that yall know of?? I feel like a fat ass if eat 5 times a day although i know i should, so i go into strave mood, but that kills my muscle.
