Hiit

I started my HIIT the other day, its two days later now...my quads were a little sore yesterday, my hammies are still a little sore, but my obliques are KILLING ME!! my 2 friends I started it with didnt feel anything at all in their obliques, just legs...does anyone else's obliques get a little sore? or am I just a weirdo?

one more question, I train DC style, Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri....Tuesday and Friday are leg and bicep day, so wednesday would not be a good day to do HIIT, neither would Saturday, or Sunday for the matter. I was wondering if it would be okay to do HIIT BEFORE workouts on Tuesday and Thursdays? 5-6 hours before, with plently of food in between.

I felt it everywhere.

Its not so bad anymore.......just fatigue now.

I have been squatting, doing cleans, etc etc 6 hours after hiit.

there has been no problems. I have been icing inbetween too

I always try to do sprints after my leg training, but if I am not too busy I will do my running the day after my leg days....this works well and actually helps recovery

interesting, you're doin DC 4 times/week as opposed to the traditional 3.

given what you're doin i'd probably be more inclined to do recovery runs the day after your leg day, as opposed to hiit
