High Heart rate low BP on cycle for MMA fight

mongkon

New member
I started my cycle 7 weeks ago of

HGH 4iu per day, 5 days per week

and 5 weeks ago of

sustanon 500 per week
Equipose 750 per week.
proviron 50mg per day
Aspirin 100mg per day, fish oils and vitamin C

I am fighting in 5 weeks MMA

My resting heart rate before training for the fight was 55
However about a week ago i went to give blood and they told me my resting heart rate was 72 that was before i donated it. I thought nothing of it and it was probably cause i had trained hard that morning.
My run time has gone down over the last week, and i was feeling abit gassed today. All my training is hard cardio.
So later on i took my heart rate and it was 72 again. So i went for a nap and woke up and took it again and its still 72.
I dont why this is and its way to high for fighting.
My blood work was fine before i started.

Any advise on what is causing this and how i can lower it back down ?

how is your cardiovascular training and regimen? the better condition you are in, the lower the resting heart rate... have you taken your blood pressure lately? you don't need the aspirin...

72 is high???? its perfectly normal

Yes my bp was all good 120 over 80
70 is a normal rate for people
However my training has always been very intense cardio
Sprint training, intense pad work, heavy bag work and a good pace in sparring.
My resting hard rate before hitting the gear was 55 and I forgot to mention 48 when waking up, now it's 70 and waking up 64 and I am sure this rapid jump has increased very recently. I have read test can cause tapychadia I think that's how you spell it but I am not sure what's going on, I am gassing out when training intense

with the conditioning that you are indicating you have, 72 is very high as you already know, especially if its normally at 48... are you taking any other stimulants or anything that could be effecting your heart? have you been to the doctor? you may want to at least get an ekg done to see if there is anything going on... that is not something i would risk letting go bro... you know your body and you know if something is off... in the mean time, you need to be taking good supplements for your heart... hawthorne berry, coq10, etc... get to the doctor and see what they say... check out n2guard at Bodybuilding, Need to Build Muscle, Muscle Bodybuilding It has all of these components and much more and is used to help with blood pressure, etc...

I had an ECG, everything came back ok. So they put me on a holter to measure my heart for 24 hours, i get the results on monday.
However i have been reading a side effect of testosterone can be a high heart rate.
So if the substanon is causing this, maybe all other tests maybe cause this to? and the proviron?
If my results come back all good. What can i run with the equipoise and the HGH, that can help with explosive power? if i cant use test. (winstrol gives me joint ache and i have a bad reaction with tren.)
Or would HGH and equipoise alone be enough? however i am worried that my screw up the sex drive

I used to do some MMA and BJJ with NAGA back in the day....are you getting tested? If so, that eq stays in ur system for a while bro, be careful...whenever getting ready for a fight, I had to cut and manage my weight so I would try to do no more than test and 1 oral AT the most leading up 4-6 weeks out.

Having said that I've never had BP issues....colesteral was a little out of line here and there, but I was big on glutamine, arginine, fish oil....a whole dresser full of vitamins lol. Ur BP could be better, but I would pay more attention to how you "feel". Leave it up to me to try to argue with a doctors advice but I hate hospitals. Mother is a nurse, father is hospital GM, whole family in the medical field and I think America's problem with medical insurance and care is because everyone runs to the fucking ER when they have a runny nose. Ur cardio and mat endurance is most important for this fight, u know that. Keep ur shit monitored, I would tone down the AAS a tad, and KHTFO. Good luck bud
