Hi. I need some help With loosing( cutting) weight

Hi.

I'm 92 kg right now and want to cut Down to 82 kg. 180 cm tall.

I will start With 250 mg eq and 100 mg test a week.
I'm wonder if primo is better or should i start My cykle.

How would you plan your training and how much calories would be ok.

I'm pretty new att this. Did many cycles as young teenager but then We took everything and didnt care.

I dont want to take on water etc.

Now i'm 37 years old and some overweight. 28% bodyfat.

Plz help
 
Wow. Do not consider running steroids until u get ur bf drastically lower. Running low dose test and eq to help loose weight is a HUGE mistake and won't work.
Go to the diet section and get ur diet checked and maybe look into some mild supps to aid in cutting a few pounds.

What's your current workout and diet program?
 
Hi.

My diet is Low carb and about 1300 cal a day, plus extra when i have workout day.
The food and diet i can keep very strict under the day, but at the evening i start to get hungry. I'm trying now With 1 shake of protein drink , and its helps little.

My workout is gym 3 Days and crossfit 2 Days a week. And always complete the training With High intensse runing and cycling for 20 min.

I lost 10 kg in 4 weeks but now i want to boost things up. I have it pretty Easy to build up Mass to My body when i'm doing gym, so thats Why i want somthing so the muscles come insteed. I eat stacks, kind of eohedrine.

What to do?

What to do?

Well first do what Oxy said and check out the diet portion of this forum.

When it comes to losing weight its 100% diet. Working out just speeds results. You should know your Daily caloric need and eat 500-750 cals less than that. Set your protein first (at least 1g/lb of body weight) then add in some good fats and complex carbs for the rest of your calories.

In general, my rule for losing weight is dropping the grains and dairy. Research the paleo diet. If you run a paleo diet with intermittent fasting you will have no problem dropping weight.
 
Have you considered opting for online weight loss coaching by the Dukan diet? I’ve been on the diet for about 12 weeks now (lost 24 pounds) and the reason I’d ask you to look into it is because it’s a protein rich, low-carb diet. Great for anyone looking to not only lose the weight and keep it off. And the best thing about it is that’s really very easy. Good luck with your diet!
 
My friend who doesn't go to the gym which I tell him too every day was at 317 lbs. Like 33% bf. He first started off with an all protein diet then went to 1500 cal or less diet a day and now he is on a low carbs diet(under 35 grams a day). He's been doing it for a little over a year and is down to 215 lbs, but he can wrap his hands around his theighs. He looks great, but he is still at 23% body fat. So be careful with the low calorie/low protein because you will lose more muscle than fat.
