Hey all! Just wanted to introduce myself - I'm a new member but I've been reading this board for years! I've learned so much by reading all of your posts. Anyways, my goal is to compete in a figure or BB comp. within the next year. I'm looking for guidance in this area, ie contest prep etc. I know quite a bit about the training and diet(although new ideas in this area are always welcome)!

My stats:
5'4, 127lbs
BF 14-15% (not done in a while though)

I run or do cardio 5X's per week - I know this seems a lot but I do a lot of HIIT and I hold muscle pretty well
Weights:
Sun bi's and tri's Hill sprints
Mon: run 30 min and back
Tues: run 30 min shoulders
Wed: run 30 min
Thurs. off
Fri: cardio 30 min, chest
Sat:abs, forearms, cardio if I didn't get enough in during week.

I'll post pics if my computer will let me.... it's so slow!

Wow, it's so nice to get such a warm welcome from you all!
HabHealth - I don't have a very rigid diet right now, but I do if anything try to get 100-126g protien in perday.
Typical diet:
7am: 5 egg whites and protien shake
10am: fruit
12noon: broccoli with hummus, grilled chicken breast and yogurt
3pm: handful unsalted peanuts
6pm: fish, chicken or beef with veggies
Before bed: protien shake

This is general, some days I'm right on, some not. Diet is so tough but you are right, it means everything! When i've had a bad diet week, no matter how much i've exercised it shows!
?? I'm having trouble uploading some pics...it may be that my internet connection is too slow - do you guys have any suggestions?
