Help with diet

I would love any input on helping with my diet.
I am 5'10"
190 and around 16%BF
my goal is 190-200 and 10%BF
Right now what I have been trying is bulking trying to hit 200 and closer to summer cutting and trying to get to around 190 and 10%BF
I am working out Monday through Thursday hitting each body part once. Using high weights and low reps.
Here is the diet:
7am
10 egg whites and 1/2 whole wheat Bagel with AN Peanut Butter and little honey and flax seed oil 1 glass skim milk
10am
Tri-o-plex bar
1pm
1 Chicken breast 1/2 cup of rice
3pm
creatine while working out
4pm
50 gram protien shake with 1/2 cup of oatmeal mixed in
7pm
1 Chicken breast or salmon 1/2 sweet Potato and steamed spinach 1 glass skim milk
10pm
yougart and cottage cheese
also 2 multi vitamins a day and at least 1 gallon water
Also slip in a banana and apple somewhere.
Have never done AAS but just had blood work today and trying to figure out where to start.

Try logging it into Fitday.com to see what the calories and macro breakdown is. Timing looks good - make sure your calories are in the right place for your goals (cutting vs. bulking). I'm sure I sound like a broken record, but pick up a copy of Tom Venuto's e-book Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle. It will give you all the tools you need to tweak your diet to the max. (and best of all, it is all in one place!)
