Help, stuck on my cut cycle.

I'm 7 weeks into a tren sust cycle, also today was last day of clen and im tapering down on t3. I started cycle at 196 lbs and now am at 182.Waist was 35 and now at 32 3/4. Im satisfied except I still have a little fat around waist and abs. I was at 13-14% now 9.6%. Thanks to the gear I have only lost 1/4 inch on some of my muscles. This is my first time cutting and Im stuck at this size eating less than 2000 cals. I workout 4 times a week and speed walk at 3.8 mph for 30-50 mins everyday. Example of diet.
meal 1- 1 cup oatmeal, 50 grams protein or 6 egg whites
meal 2- can of tuna and spoon of hotsauce and salad with ranch dressing(2 tblspoons
meal3- 3 inch substyle sandwich(180 cals but 500mgs sodium)
meal4- same thing as 3
meal 5 same thing as 4 and 50 grams whey
Workout
meal6- chicken breast in caribean jerk and 50 grams of whey
meal7- cassein shake or 2 cups cottage cheese
I also drink over 2 gallons of water daily
I also eat broccoli and sometimes eat a good dinner with the fam. like spaghetti or something.

Im trying to get down to 7% range before cycle is over so I dont lose too much muscle but im stuck. What do i need to do to get over this plateau.
My diet in my mind is like this, eat every 3 to 4 hrs, take in at least 1.5 grams of protein per lb. of bodyweight, and eat just enough to get through my hunger pains, but dont starve myself. This is my first time cutting fat besides just losing weight for wrestling meets. Also, my calculations of bf% to the amount of weight I have lost seem wrong according to my calculations, I think it may be due to water lost.I think my meatabolism has become stagnant, but im no expert yet.thanks
