Stay away from benching use dumbells until they strength evens out.

Almost everyone is like that. We tend to favor our dominant side. Pay more attention to form and try to be consistent on full reps.

i always start my set with my weaker arm. try that

but yeah like semp said all of us when we started lifting had something like that.. i remember my left trap was twice as big as my right when i would flex when i was a teen. it evened more out as i lifted.. now my right is actually slightly bigger! now when i compete next year i will have to work on evening them out.. consider bodybuilding like an art

Dumbells instead of bar on bench was the advice I was given 3 months ago when I spoke to my gym owner!

I'm right handed and after training chest I would get a great pump in my left pec but not my right! Subsequently my right pec was lacking in size,

Also remember to flex the chest at start of exercise and squeeze at the top! This isolates the chest muscle so the strength difference in your arms have less effect,

Hope this helps! This advice changed the way I train! It's helped me grow and my chest is now even!

Thanks for that fella I've been reading about and I've read this information else where I'm gonna put this in to action starting Monday for sure cheers :-)

No worries fella! Keep us posted you should feel the burn/aches targeting your pecs quicker,

Drop your weight a little so you can get near perfect form!

I halved the weight in my workout and found I could get good form and still worked the chest as it was just the chest lifting now instead of chest arms and shoulders
