Hi guys started lifting last week and I'm right handed when I was benching I was getting pump in only right arm also next day more sore on right arm my chest both sides where sore but My right arm is stronger than my left what can I do to even it out any help greatly appreciated thanks in advance please help!
Dbs will give you a better pump, but they wont fix your technique issues on bench. I would love to see a vid of you bench to help pinpoint your issue specifically. If you cant dont worry. Either way go on elitefts.com and search for dave tates video series, "so you think you can bench," you can also just search youtube. This will show you how to properly bench. I highly reccommend it.
