Help, need to cut fast!

So I'm going to the beach sometime during the end of june and i'd like to lose some weight before then. Here are my current stats:

5'11"
200 lbs
Aprx 15% bodyfat

I'd like to at least be able to see some abs before I go. Heres my current workout routine:

Cardio is done first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with heart rate around 160 bpm.

Mon AM- 45min Cardio
PM- Delts, Traps, Tri's

Tues Am- 45 min Cardio
PM- Back, Abs

Wed Am- 60 min Cardio

Thur AM- 45 min Cardio
PM- Chest, Bi's

Fri AM- 60 min Cardio

Sat AM- 45 min Cardio
PM- Legs, Abs

Sun OFF

I haven't started dieting yet and really don't know how many cals I am taking in. Also, I was thinking of changing the morning cardio to HIIT style sprints on a couple of those days.

What do you guys think. Would it be possible to get to around 10% bf in this amount of time? Any advice would be greatly apreciated.

You have four weeks, and about 1% BF each week is the healthy weight loss is everything is bang on, otherwise you lose muscle.

Stripping bodyfat is more about the calories and the diet, not the training.

A lot of really awesome BBing comp prep guys only like to see a 1% loss each month.

Would you mind posting up your diet?
