help me tweak my cycle

i havent seen my abs in 15 years. run the cycle needto suggested. prop/npp/var. after you bulk up you will have a reason to cut.
he just lost 60 pounds and has more to lose..doing a bulking cycle isnt the best option now...
option 1
bulk now he gonna be thick and fat still...then hes gonna diet and lose all his gains starving himself

option 2
start cutting now...get super lean..once you have low body fat (which i know if what you want or you wouldnt of lost 60 pounds) then bulk so you can see the new body and definition on your frame...

original poster ive already been in your shoes..ive been 180 with 8 %... 250 with a 40inch waist... 214 at 10% etc etc....trut me get as cut as you can before bulking or you gonna be a mess and unhappy

i dont see a problem with stopping on the weight loss diet, going on, eating clean adding some good mass with little to no fat gain, running a normal pct still not gaining or losing much fat then run another cycle to cut with. but maybe thats just me. i wouldnt want to be skinny w/o being jacked and to get on stage.

if you want to be a lot leaner than you are now than i guess cutting first may be the better choice. just keep in mind big muscles balance out the gut. and cutting while on gear makes preventing muscle loss a lot easier. i know that from personal experience. i was around 20% bf before i started training and then i looked like a blob with a huge gut. now i am still in the 20% range but look much more lean. the pecs lats, and quads, make the spare tire look verry minor.

thats just my opinion. HAYEZ knows his shit. he has never steared me wrong.
 
test prop/var/npp might be a better choice.

If I where to run that what kind of dosages and lengths are we talking also i want to run pct for the duration. could use some #'s so I can write them down.

why not just a prop/var cycle. after not doing a cycle for 4 years, I think that will be enough to make some solid gains imo. 100-150mgs eod test. 40mgs var ed. 6 weeks long and starting pct 1-3 days after last injection. what will you have for pct, anti e's, etc?

1-8 prop 400mg ew
1-6 npp 250mg ew
2-8 50mg var ed
heep adex, letro, and bromo or dostinex in case you need them

pct start the day after the last shot
pp trs, post cycle, unleashed as directed for 1 month
clomid 50mg ed for the same month
