every morning i have 1/2 cup of oatmeal with 1/3 cup of skim milk, 1 scoop of vanilla whey powder, adn 1/2 of a small apple ( saran wrap teh other half and haev it later!!)...it comes to 274calories, and its is about 35-40 grams of protein....didnt check that, but i could check it out, i ahevti on fitday.com
