ive always used a 5 day split but im in my 3rd week of my first cycle and i know a 4 day split would be better at building mass which is what im trying to do. this has been my recent split.

tues-legs
wed-back/traps
thur-shoulders
fri-off
sat-bi/tri
sun-off
i know im probably overtraining on this split so i have thought of a few 4 day splits.

please lemme know what you all think. im 215 lbs, 6', 14%bf. my cycle is sust. 500mg/wk and deca 400mg/wk for 10wks.
