Help get my diet dialed in for upcoming cycle

3rd Cycle 33 5'9 180 about 11-12% BF (small frame).

Test 600mgs wks 1-10
Tren 50mgs ED wks 1-8
30mgs Dbol ED wks 4-8

I'm looking to gain about 10-15 pounds of muscle and loose a couple of pounds of fat (maybe 3-4 if possible). I'll be training using the 5x5 (3 day a week method, and not doing much cardio). I also have a pretty inactive job. I estimate that I need about 2350 cals a day for maintenance. I'm thinking like 3000-3500 cals a day.

I'm thinking the following (it's similar to my current diet just with more food).

7:45
3 Large Eggs, 3 Pieces of wheat bread (100 cals each, 19 grams of carbs), 8 ounces of skim milk, 1 Scoop of Whey Protein

10:45
Can of Albacore Tuna, Tablespoon of OliveOil, 2 Pieces of wheat bread, 1 piece of fruit (either bannana or orange).

12Workout
12:45 PostWorkout Shake 25Grams Whey, 50 Grams Dextrose

1:15
8-10 OZ Chicken or Pork (sometimes grilled, sometimes breaded and fried in olive oil), 2 Servings of Whole wheat pasta, 1 piece of fruit

4:30
1 Scoop of Whey Protein powder and 24 Ounces of Skim Milk

7:30
8-10 OZ Chicken or Pork (sometimes grilled, sometimes breaded and fried in olive oil), 2 Servings of Whole wheat pasta, 8 Ounces of Skim Milk

Could use a suggestion for a pre-bedtime snack.

All suggestions greatly appreciated. :Chef:

My first suggestion is to use SesaPure/Glucorell for that. My second would be to cut the carbs out of that first meal and the last one.

Thanks Ulter. I was planning on looking into Glucorell. Just finished my Amplify (worked great for PCT).

Why no carbs for the first meal (I would think that your first meal it would be important to get some carbs in your system)?

Where's Mr.X? I was hoping he'd chime in regarding my diet.

I think your diet looks pretty good, before bed I suggest some Fat Free or 2% Cottage Cheese along with a slow digesting protein perhaps (casien), your carbohydrate intake is somewhat on the high side for cutting fat, i would suggest removing some of them, maybe 1 serving of pasta instead of 2, or 2 pieces of bread instead of 3, remember all that milk your drinking has carbs too.

Thanks bro. I'm thinking about downing like 24 ounces of skim milk before bed as it has Casein protein in it (I'll look into the cottage cheese though, I know alot of people are big on that for their pre-bedtime snack). Assuming my bedtime snack is about 300 calories, it's about 3200-3400 calories. It's not really a cutter (more like a lean bulker I guess). I'm only happing to drop 3-4 pounds of fat honestly (about 2% BF), I'm hoping the tren will help me eat this much and still get rid of a little fat.

immediately on waking

30gram of whey in water

7:45
personaly id be goign for 8 egg white 1 yolk an 1 or 2 slices of granary bread and some strawberries

didnt really like you old breakfast much at all if you feel you need fats drink udos

10:45
Can of Albacore Tuna, Tablespoon of OliveOil, 2 Pieces of wheat bread, 1 piece of fruit (either bannana or orange).

granary bread is much better than wheat also udos over olive oil if possible and same for else where if you are adding oil in for efa but as said below dont fry your food.

12Workout
12:45 PostWorkout Shake 25Grams Whey, 50 Grams Dextrose

id be using 50grams of whey personally

1:15
8-10 OZ Chicken or Pork (sometimes grilled, sometimes breaded and fried in olive oil), 2 Servings of Whole wheat pasta, 1 piece of fruit

read point about frying below add in a salad

4:30
1 Scoop of Whey Protein powder and 24 Ounces of Skim Milk

if possible substite this for a proper meal i.e. 80g or 4oz of chicken, a piece of fruit and oat cakes still very easy.

7:30
8-10 OZ Chicken or Pork (sometimes grilled, sometimes breaded and fried in olive oil), 2 Servings of Whole wheat pasta, 8 Ounces of Skim Milk

id personally drop the milk here and add in some fibrous veg also dont fry your food period it is a waste of cals. if you want oils to increase EFA eat them raw much better for you.

10:30
100g of cottage cheese, 10 olives is perfect. cottage cheese has ceasin in it so dont worryy about adding any more in and the fat will slow the digestion down further.

i dont know how your are ogign to loose fat and gain lbm but hey it is your body and im sure the tren will help you loose a couple fo % of bf. so eat clean i would thro in a couple of steady state cv sessionw ill help shift some fat.
