Re: A tip for yohimbine
Lets see... I had about half of a bottle of lecithin so, 3 fluid OZ.
I used 8 caps of Twinlab Yohimbine Fuel. These are 400 Mg caps, standardized for 8 Mg of extract, per cap.
My "scientific" method for arriving at this combination was to add enough yohimbine extract untill the brown liquid became visibly darker. No kidding.
I'm VERY sensitive to Yohimbine. I get chills and trembles when I take the capsules directly... so I can feel the effect of the topical within about 15 minutes of applying it. Your mileage may vary.
Also, the lecithin is thick stuff. It looks like crude oil or something so spend a good 2 minutes rubbing into your skin before the workout. It probably doesn't hurt to vigorously massage these areas to help mobillize the sub-q fat.
I've used this on my belly and biceps. The most notable effect has been the cutting up of my bi's, with some visable loss around my waist. (Without changing my diet or cardio)
I hope this helps.
