Yesterday was a good good day for the hammer;
Flat Press; 305 X 10 reps (3 sets)
Inc Press; 225 X 10 reps (4 sets)
Inc DB Press; 110 X 10 reps (4 sets)
Skull Krushers; 85 x Failure (4 sets).......30 second rest
Reverse Curls; 85 x Failure (4 sets)......30 second rest
That's all she wrote. Plain and simple. I used the 1,2,3 down, 1,2 up cadence throughout. I normally wouldn't post a workout but I felt tremendous after this one. The meal I ate after was legendary. A feast fit for a king!
