A alexsmom New member Nov 8, 2001 #1 Damn!!!!!!!!....I read in another post recently that these were great for defining the legs....I never really did them because they always kind off bothered my shoulders...but anyway, did 5 sets yesterday and man....I am in PAIN today!!!!!!!!!!
